The room, the front desk staff, the lack of follow through.

My room was along an outdoor walkway with my window facing out. Had to keep curtains closed entire time or people could see in. Smoking area seemed to be right there at entrance door. No elevator carry bags up flights of stairs.

Outside sign age is small due to proximity to airport making it hard to find at night. Google maps will lead astray regarding the location of this hotel hotel desk did not answer while I was lost causing further frustration. No elevators in this hotel.
